WHAT!

This is a toy? Really?

Bilibo is a new kind of toy - the elementary shell leaves room for the child's imagination. Instead of imposing a specific play pattern, Bilibo is open for a wide range of interpretations and encourages children to invent their own games, to play and have fun in an active and creative way. Indoors and outdoors, in the sand-pit, the water, even in the snow - Bilibo is full of surprises...

maybe someday

Remember the first time I told you I love you -
It was raining hard and you never heard -
You sneezed! and I had to say it over
"I said I love you" I said... you didn't say a word
Just held your hands to my shining eyes
And I watched as the rain ran through your fingers
Held your hands to my shining eyes and smiled as you kissed me...

"if you die" you said "so do i" you said...
And it starts the day you make the sign
"tell me I'm forever yours and you're forever mine
Forever mine... "

"if you die" you said "so do i" you said...
And it starts the day you cross that line
"swear I will always be yours and you'll always be mine
You'll always be mine
Always be mine... "

Remember the last time I told you I love you -
It was warm and safe in our perfect world -
You yawned and I had to say it over
"I said I love you" I said... you didn't say a word
Just held your hands to your shining eyes
And I watched as the tears ran through your fingers
Held your hands to your shining eyes and cried...

"if you die" you said "so do i" you said...
But it ends the day you see how it is
There is no always forever... just this...
Just this...

There is no if... just and

There is no if...

No I won't do it again, I don't want to pretend
if it can't be like before, I've got to let it end
I don't want what I was, I had a change of head
but maybe someday...
Yeah maybe someday...

Ouch!

So I randomly came across this adorable octopus

and I was curious about having an octopus as a pet. I did some googling to see if people could even have a pet octopus and sure enough!! Well, the pet octopusses aren't as adorable as the eccentric deep sea ones, so I think I'll pass.. but whilst googling I found this rather interesting photo of model Sarah "Sweet Sixteen" McSweeney.

Funny place to keep an octopus!

Also during my research, I found this photo of someone who was attacked by their pet monkey.

It was on a website with information on why having a pet monkey is a bad idea.
hahahahahaha. The photo above is from the Testimonial section. Which has pictures of wounds inflicted by pet monkeys.

I'm shivering like a wet seal.

I'm spending Christmastime in Fort Worth, and the weather is going to be a roller coaster ride this week! Low 20s (windchill of low teens) - 50s everyday. I packed a pretty good variety of clothing.. I'll pretty much be wearing leggings, Nike shorts with built-in underwear, Ugg boots, long-sleeve shirt with a school t-shirt over that.. and of course a North Face.. so I blend in with the locals you know..

JAYKAY!! But really, I need a giant bottle of moisturizer and 40 tubes of Burt's Bees because this cold air is HARSH!

Domi's Top 10 Tips For Staying Warm This Winter

1. Cuddle.
2. Dress in layers, rather than wearing normal clothes and thinking that throwing a coat over that will keep you warm.
3. Drink lots of hot beverages. Some of my favorites include, but are not limited to: Hot chocolate, caramel apple cider, caramel vanilla lattes, peppermint white mochas, and any kind of herbal tea.
4. Turn the heater on while you're in the shower/bath so when you get out, you stay warm and toasty!
5. Before you get dressed, put your clothes in the dryer for a minute, then they will also be warm and toasty!
6. STOP THE DRAFTS! Really.. put towels/cloth/whatever where cold air comes in your doors & windows.
7. Humidifiers cause the air to feel warmer. Use one.
8. Bake something. Something delicious like CUPCAKES & CHRISTMAS COOKIES!
9. THERMALS
10. Sex?

Don't freeze outside like these guys.

"I want to be remembered as I was when I was young."

-Bettie Page (1923-2008)

The iconic 1950's pin-up model Bettie Page passed away on Thursday December 11, 2008 at the age of 85.
A very private memorial service was held today at Westwood Memorial Cemetery in Los Angeles. She is buried only yards away from Marilyn Monroe. Page is most famous for the 20,000 photos taken of her by amateur photographers between 1949 and 1957. Those often grainy images, of the raven-haired beauty with thick black bangs, arching eyebrows, bright red lipstick, nylon stockings with seams running down the backs, high heels, form-fitting skirts, polka-dot and leopard-print bikinis, negligees or nothing at all -- transformed Page into an enduring fashion icon. Most recently she has become an Internet phenomenon. The www.bettiepage.com website receives 750,000 visits a day.

Here are some photos from the exclusive ceremony.

We will never forget Bettie.

YER DOIN IT WRONG.

Everyone is soooo obsessed with Kanye West, but I'm not down with his skillz. Or lack there of..

Let's have a looksie at his rather interesting performance on SNL last Saturday.

"Love Lockdown"

&

"Heartless / Pinocchio Story"

If Kanye is the voice of this generation, he'd better sing on key.
